Our Team at Body Performance comprises of Corrective Exercise Specialists, Rehabilitation Trainers, Pilates Instructors, and Stretching Therapists who prescribe and customize unique fitness and rehabilitation programs for pain management, post operative patients, as well as individuals who vist us with various postural health issues.
